Elaine Rivera, President; Mark McPeck, 1st Vice President; Jacqueline Burke, 2nd Vice President; Eric Norberg, Corresponding Secretary; Phyllis Freeman, Trustee; Sarah Navins, Trustee 
Absent: Patrick Mason, Finance Officer 
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. 
Motion by Mark McPeck, seconded by Eric Norberg to go into executive session to discuss personnel. All were in favor 
Motion by Eric Norberg, seconded by Phyllis Freeman to go out of executive session.  All were in favor 
Motion by Phyllis Freeman, seconded by Eric Norberg to appoint Lisa Gill, Library Director provisionally contingent upon successful completion and placement on the Civil Service List of Eligibles at an annual salary of $72,000 effective July 1, 2025. All were in favor. 
Motion by Jacqueline Burke, seconded by Eric Norberg to adjourn at 6:15.
