Minutes of Reorganization Meeting of the Board of Trustees

Attending:  Elaine Rivera, Mark McPeck, Jacqui Burke, Patrick Mason, Milena Barrett, Phyllis Freeman.  


Absent:  Eric Norberg


The meeting followed the Regular Monthly Meeting.


Oath of Office:  Mark McPeck


Motion by Jacqui, seconded by Milena to accept the following slate of Officers for 2024-25 Board of Trustees:          
President:  Elaine Rivera
1st Vice President:  Mark McPeck
2nd Vice President:  Jacqui Burke
Financial Officer:  Patrick Mason
Secretary:  Eric Norberg
All were in favor


Motion by Patrick, seconded by Milena designating M&T Bank as depository for 2024-25 fiscal year.  All were in favor.


Motion by Jacqui, seconded by Milena designating The Daily Freeman as the official newspaper.  The library may also publish announcements in the Southern Ulster Times and Hudson Valley 1.  All were in favor.


Motion by Patrick, seconded by Milena designating J. Benjamin Gailey of J&G Law, LLP as Legal Representation.  All were in favor.


Motion by Jacqui, seconded by Patrick designating the fourth Thursday of every month as official business meetings.  Any meeting date changes or modification will be announced prior to the meeting date.  All were in favor.

Motion by Jacqui, seconded by Patrick to adjourn at 6:07 p.m.
