Attending: Nancy Hammond; President;  Darlene Plavchak, 1st Vice President; Frances Brooks, 2nd Vice President; Eric Norberg; Finance Officer; Laura Finch, Secretary; Jacqueline Burke; Trustee and Melissa Burdash, Trustee


The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m.


The members recited the Pledge of Allegiance.


New Business:


Director’s Evaluation:  Fran presented the draft “Performance Evaluation Form for Director of the Highland Public Library.”  This tool was selected because it is designed to be both comprehensive and efficient with the opportunity to provide feedback.


Missy made a motion to accept the Performance Evaluation Form for Director of the Highland Public Library as the evaluation and feedback measure for the director’s scheduled review.  Eric seconded.  All were in favor.


Executive Session:  Jacqui made a motion to enter executive session for the purposes of personnel matters.  Motion was made at 5:13pm.  Eric seconded.  All were in favor.


Fran made a motion to exit executive session at 5:41pm.  Jacqui seconded. All were in favor.


Public Comment: none


Fran moved to adjourn. Jacqui seconded.  The meeting adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
