Date: April 5, 2022  *Special Meeting for the Purposes of a Vote on Construction Bids*

Attending: Nancy Hammond; President;  Darlene Plavchak, 1st Vice President; Frances Brooks, 2nd Vice President; Laura Finch, Secretary; Jacqueline Burke; Trustee and Julie Dempsey, Library Director; 

Absent: Eric Norberg; Finance Officer; Melissa Burdash, Trustee

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm.

Agenda Items

New Business:
Bids for Construction / Installation of Sound-Proofing  

- Discuss of placement of framing within the ‘trees.’
- Time frame of construction was not included in bids, but is TBD once bid is awarded. Request will be made to start project once all materials are in hand.

Motion to Vote
Moved by Jacqui to accept the bid from Profex, Inc to install a wood door and framed glazing in the amount of $14,000.00 .  Seconded by Fran.

Next Meeting: Tuesday, April 26th.  (Annual Meeting; Special Election at 5:30); Regular Board Meeting to immediately follow.
