CALL TO ORDER 5:06PM
In attendance: Eric Norberg, Darlene Plavchak, Fran Brooks, Melissa Burdash, Laura FInch, Mark McPeck, Nancy Hammond (joined 5:13pm), Director Julie Kelsall-Dempsey






                                                
Director's Report:          Staff split shifts in building-currently splitting days (m/t/w and th/f/sa)
                        Curbside going well-mystery bags, 5 books for adults/10 for kids. Next will be craft kits. Will bring to cars if needed-patrons will need masks, call from lot, open trunk, staff puts selections in trunk. Zero contact. Helps with locker issues. Still waiting for barriers, HVAC/purifier/air flow/ air filter/etc adjustments. Should have details by next meeting. 
                        


Old Business:                   Re-org- Slate of officers as proposed at June meeting        keep as is
                        President, Darlene Plavchak
                        1st VP Mark McPeck
                        2nd VP Eric Norberg
                        Financial Officer, Frances Brooks
                        Secretary, Melissa Burdash
                        Secretary asked to cast single vote, done. 




New Business:                   Frances Brooks Oath of Office-done electronically, Julie will notarize and submit.
