Pledge III. Purpose of Meeting presented by Joanne Loewenthal to review bids in receipt Motion for Executive Session by Nancy Hammond at 615 pm with second by Mark McPeck Melissa Burdash not present for motion but later seated. Executive Session IV. Exit Executive Session at 7:00pm Motion for termination of session by Nancy Hammond with second by Mark McPeck V. Motion by Eric Norberg to amend his previous motion on August 25th for resolution by Trustees to issue an addendum/rebid to only the 8 General Contractor bids submitted for the new library construction. Motion: The Highland Library Trustees move to accept and issue what is now known as Addendum 3 for purposes of adjusting the bid scope of the 8 General Contractors as part of the Library construction RFP. The items in the Addendum have been reviewed and agreed by the Trustees, Construction Manager and Architectural Firm. The Addendum for rebids shall be issued on September 2 2016 and are to be returned on September 12 no later than 1pm. Results will be read aloud on September 13 and the Board will meet to approve and issue such award no later than September 14 2016. Motion seconded by Mark McPeck and vote by roll call unanimously approves the motion. VI. Nancy Hammond made a motion to approve Site Work and award contract. Motion : The Board of Trustees for the Highland Library move to approve and award contract for site work to the lowest responsible bidder for $555,000 with award to be issues on September 2 2016 and work to commence as soon as able. Motion seconded by Mark McPeck and vote by roll call unanimously approves the motion. VII. Motion to close the meeting by Eric Norberg and second by Mark McPeck.
