MOTION: Motion to accept minutes as presented by Nancy Hammond
Second: Eric Norberg 
MOTION: To enter Executive session on discussion of pending sale of existing Library property

MOTION: Leaving Executive Session at 7:03pm 
Motion to accept resolution on final sale of property and to move forward with closing/contract process with designated buyer. Further Trustees support the signing of the final contract when such closing is complete by authorized persons including Darlene Plavchak as President of the library.
