Attending: Darlene Plavchak, Vice President for Internal Matters; Nancy Hammond, Vice 
President for External Matters; Frances Brooks, Recording Secretary; Melissa Burdash, Corresponding Secretary and Fundraising Chair and Julie Dempsey, Library Director 
 
Absent: Joanne Loewenthal, Eric Norberg, Mark McPeck 
 
The meeting was called to order at 4:01 p.m.  
 
The members recited the Pledge of Allegiance 
 
Fran moved for a Resolution to approve the change order attached from Arris for millwork and built-ins as requested by the library and recommended by architectural firm Butler Rowland Mays at a cost of $65,621.62. 
 
Darlene seconded.  A roll call was taken:

Nancy moved to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 4:04 p.m.
