ARTIST STATEMENT: Nature has always been central to Pam Krimsky’s work. Whereas she began by looking to the Old Masters, particularly Rembrandt, Van Gogh, and Delacroix, now, she pays close attention to the work of her contemporaries for direction. She names her strengths as Drawing, Color and Composition. Her usual media are oil or acrylic, is delving into various methods of printmaking, experimenting with watercolor, and occasionally, Pam creates bas-reliefs with clay. She is a member of The National Association of Women Artists, Arts Mid- Hudson,WAAM, and other regional and National Arts organizations.
